Peter has written the UK's leading book on data protection (Data Protection - A Practical Guide to UK and EU Law - 3rd Edition, Oxford University Press).  He advises on all aspects of data protection compliance, conducts data protection compliance reviews for organisations and leads training courses on data protection compliance.

Suzanne Rodway is the Senior Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer for NBC Universal. She has responsibility for worldwide oversight of the group's compliance with privacy and data protection laws.

She trained with global law firm Linklaters, where she qualified in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice. She later moved in-house within Linklaters to advise the firm on its own privacy and information risk management issues. Until her recent move to NBC Universal, Suzanne was the Group Privacy Director for Barclays Bank plc. Suzanne is a Member of the Editorial Board of Privacy & Data Protection Journal.

Ashley's client base includes institutions as well as individuals and he also advises in relation to compliance, data sharing and cross border transfers. He is a regular contributor of practical articles to the journal Privacy & Data Protection.

Ashley is also an examiner in commercial law at the University of London.
