Richard Jones is the Director of Data Privacy at the global law firm Clifford Chance. He is based in London and coordinates the firm’s global data privacy and management practice.
Richard specialises in data protection and other similar projects which raise issues across multiple jurisdictions and/or legal or regulatory areas and has a particular focus on work in the financial services sector.
Richard is co-author of the data protection chapter of Sweet & Maxwell’s Encyclopaedia of Employment Law and a regulator contributor of articles to Privacy & Data Protection.
