Stuart Carson is a Barrister and member of the Inner Temple in the UK. He is also a Barrister of the Supreme Court in the British Virgin Islands. He holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Wales; and a Masters degree in law, LL.M, from University College London.

With a background in regulatory law, compliance and governance, Stuart has headed up compliance departments in regulated organisations in the UK and offshore. He specialises in anti-bribery and corruption programmes, anti-money laundering, preparing compliance plans and monitoring programmes.
